Pre-Admission - Questions about pre-registering for a test or procedure or about a pre-admission that has already been submitted online. Please Note: Pre-admissions cannot be accepted via email. Pre-register online here or call (270) 706-5708 . Online registrations must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the time of admission.
