Hardin Memorial Hospital offers its employees a very competitive benefits package, representing about 30% of an employee’s total compensation. Both full time and part time employees are eligible to participate in the benefit package. The hospital pays the entire cost of some of the benefits and provides a significant subsidy of others. Employees do pay a portion of some benefit premiums with pre-tax dollars.
