This information is provided to help acquaint patients' family members and friends with Hardin Memorial Hospital's policies, facilities and services.

ATM
A Republic Bank ATM is located in the registration area on the first floor of Hardin Memorial Hospital. Republic Bank customers can use the ATM free of charge; however, customers of other banks may be charged a $1.50 service fee.

Cafeteria
Hardin Memorial Hospital's cafeteria serves delicious and nutritious meals four times a day. Snacks are available at all times. Visitors are welcome to eat in the cafeteria. Cafeteria meal hours are:
Breakfast: 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. ; Lunch: 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. ; Dinner: 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. ; Late Night: 11:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. ; Grill Area: Open breakfast, lunch and dinner meal periods, and from 5:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. ; Vending Area: Open 24 hours.

Chaplains and Chapel
A Hospital Chaplain is always available for pastoral visits, crisis intervention, pastoral counseling, spiritual and emotional support for hospital patients/families, volunteers, employees and medical staff. To request a visit, call (270) 270-1084 or ask your nurse. The Chapel is always open for prayer and meditation. The Chapel is located on the first floor between the cafeteria and the information desk.

eCard Greetings
Do you have a friend or family member hospitalized at Hardin Memorial Hospital? If so, let that person know you are thinking about them by sending an eCard Greeting. eCard Greetings is a free service available for any inpatient currently at Hardin Memorial Hospital. All greetings are delivered by a member of the hospital's Auxiliary.

Gift Shop
Located off the hospital's main entrance lobby, the Gift Shop is staffed by the Hardin Memorial Hospital Auxiliary. Among the many items available in the Gift Shop are fine gifts and collectibles, magazines, flowers, toiletries, baby items, plush and lingerie. The Gift Shop is open Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., and Sunday 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. MasterCard and Visa are accepted. Hospital Visiting Hours
Flexible visiting hours are designed to meet patient's needs and arranged by the nursing staff, patient and family for the following areas: The Birthplace, The Les Langley Pediatric Unit, Medical/Surgical Units, The Coronary Care Unit (CCU), The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and The Progressive Care Unit (PCU).
LifeSpring: Tuesday and Thursday 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. ; Sunday 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Mail
Mail is delivered to patients daily by members of Hardin Memorial Hospital's Auxiliary. Mail received for a patient after discharge will be forwarded to the patient's home. Please address mail as follows:

Smoking
Hardin Memorial Hospital is a smoke-free institution. Visitors may utilize designated smoking areas located outside the hospital.

Telephones
Family members and friends may call a patient's room directly by dialing (270) 706-1 and the patient's room number. Calls to patient rooms are not accepted between 9:30 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. to make sure our patients get adequate rest. Patients may make outgoing calls at any hour.
