Full-time and regular part-time employees may receive reimbursement for tuition, books and course-related fees for classes related to your job or designed to prepare you for further opportunities within the hospital. You must have completed 90 days of employment in a benefits-eligible position by the time your class begins. Eligible classes can be taken at any accredited school, college or university. The maximum tuition reimbursement is $4,000 per calendar year for full-time employees and $2,000 per calendar year for part-time employees. If your course of study prepares you for a different job, such as PCA to RN, you must agree to a work commitment proportionate to your reimbursement received. If your course of study does not prepare you for a new job, you do not have a work commitment.
