The Hardin Memorial Health's 2nd Annual Bass Fishing Tournament to
benefit United Way of Central Kentucky on Saturday October 13, 2012 at
Nolin Lake.

6:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (CST)
All proceeds from the tournament are donated to United Way of Central Kentucky.

One Boat (2 persons)............................................$100.00
Big Fish (optional entry).........................................$25.00
Free t-shirt with pre-registration! Day of tournament entrants will not be guaranteed a t-shirt. Make checks payable to: Hardin Memorial Hospital with United Way of Central Kentucky in the memo line. Mailed entries must be received by October 2, 2012. Cash registration fee only after October 2, 2012.
