To ensure that we continue to exceed the needs of our community, Hardin Memorial Health has launched a comprehensive community health needs assessment initiative. This assessment, which is available as an online or paper survey, will help us to:
- Identify current and future healthcare needs in our communities
- Increase community awareness of local and regional health problems
- Determine trends in demographics related to health care
- Improve and strengthen our programs and services
