HMH WINS FOUR STATE MARKETING AWARDS
Hardin Memorial Health walked away with four awards from the Kentucky Society for Healthcare Public Relations and Marketing (KSHPRM) annual Thoroughbred Awards on November 12, 2013. This year’s award ceremony was held in conjunction with the KSHRPRM fall conference at the Muhammad Ali Center. The Thoroughbred Awards recognizes excellent work throughout the Commonwealth in the areas of healthcare marketing and public relations.
Organizations are eligible to submit entries in 24 categories ranging from television advertising to direct mail design. All entries are sent to a sister society in another state for judging. This year, entries were judged by the Florida Society for Marketing and Public Relations. In total, 15 organizations submitted 81 entries for consideration. Entries receiving 23-26 points earned a Certificate of Merit while those receiving 27-30 points earned Thoroughbred Award Statues.
Hardin Memorial Health received two Thoroughbred Awards and two Certificates of Merit. For the first-time Hardin Memorial Health received an additional distinction by having one of entry receive a perfect score and designated as a Best in Show entry. KSHPRM Thoroughbred Awards
