ACUTE CARE PATIENTS

Patients requesting access to their Acute Care facility urgent care records can now  request their records at the CareFirst Urgent Care location at 1111 Ring Road.

Hours of service for obtaining prior records will be from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm Monday thru Friday. In order to obtain a copy of a prior records, patients will need to go to the CareFirst Urgent Care Center Ring Road location after August 1, 2012 and sign a Release of Information request where the records will then be made available. The recognition signifies that Hardin Memorial Hospital has reached an aggressive goal in using guidelines-based care to improve patient outcomes from in-hospital cardiac arrest. Hardin Memorial Hospital received Get With The Guidelines Silver Performance Award for reaching an aggressive goal of treating heart failure patients with 85% or higher compliance to core standard levels of care as outlined by the American Heart Association for 12 consecutive months.

  • HARDIN MEMORIAL HEALTH'S DAY OF SERVICE AT SPRINGHAVEN, INC

    On Friday, April 26th 2013, SpringHaven, Inc. Domestic Violence Shelter welcomed approximately 120 volunteers from Hardin Memorial Health’s (HMH) Leadership Development Institute. The management staff of HMH donated $6000 to fund the day’s projects. The day of service, coordinated by United Way of Central Kentucky, will include volunteer teams tackling building improvements and landscaping.
