Welcome to the Otolaryngology Division at the HMH Surgical Specialists Office in Etown, KY.  We strive to deliver excellent and comprehensive medical care for all ENT problems.  We offer both medical and surgical treatment options for ENT disorders, keeping up-to-date with current techniques.  Our practice strives to provide personalized care, one patient at a time.

Dr. Robert Wilson was raised in West Virginia, in the Ohio River Valley. After high school, he went on to graduate from West Virginia University, where he was inducted into the Phi Kappa Phi national honor society. He then was accepted into the WVU School of Medicine, earning his MD degree in 2004. Following graduation, he moved to Lexington, KY and completed a 5-year surgical internship and residency in Otolaryngology: Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Kentucky. His training consisted of caring for patients at the UK Chandler Medical Center, UK Children’s Hospital, and the Lexington Veterans Affairs Hospital. He then passed his board examination testing and has been Board Certified through the American Board of Otolaryngology since 2010.

His professional interests include pediatric otolaryngology, chronic sinusitis treatments, otology (chronic ear infections) and hearing disorders, and skin cancer surgery and reconstruction.
On a personal note, Dr. Wilson is married and has two young children, Carter David and Emma Grace. He is a Christian and has a strong commitment to mission work, both regionally and internationally. He also enjoys reading, playing basketball and golf, fly-fishing, and traveling.
