Hardin Memorial Hospital has been the leader in rehabilitative medicine in Central Kentucky since 1975. Our comprehensive rehabilitation programs have helped thousands improve their functional abilities and regain their independence.

Inpatient Rehab Services
To help with your recovery, our team of specialists include licensed physical, occupational and speech therapists who design the most effective treatment for you. In addition to providing inpatient rehab services throughout the main hospital, services are also provided in specialty areas, such as the skilled nursing unit and the Total Joint Center.

Outpatient Rehab Services
Outpatient rehab services are offered at the Therapy & Sports Medicine Center located within Ring Road Medical Plaza and at North Hardin Medical Plaza by appointment.

    Hardin Memorial Hospital has received the Get With The Guidelines®–Resuscitation Silver Quality Achievement Award from the American Heart Association. The recognition signifies that Hardin Memorial Hospital has reached an aggressive goal in using guidelines-based care to improve patient outcomes from in-hospital cardiac arrest. Hardin Memorial Hospital received Get With The Guidelines Silver Performance Award for reaching an aggressive goal of treating heart failure patients with 85% or higher compliance to core standard levels of care as outlined by the American Heart Association for 12 consecutive months.

  • HARDIN MEMORIAL HEALTH'S DAY OF SERVICE AT SPRINGHAVEN, INC

    On Friday, April 26th 2013, SpringHaven, Inc. Domestic Violence Shelter welcomed approximately 120 volunteers from Hardin Memorial Health’s (HMH) Leadership Development Institute. The management staff of HMH donated $6000 to fund the day’s projects. The day of service, coordinated by United Way of Central Kentucky, will include volunteer teams tackling building improvements and landscaping.
