Each year, HMH Auxiliary awards $1,000 scholarships to deserving students.
Who is eligible?
The Hardin Memorial Health Auxiliary Scholarship is open to students who:
• Living in and attended high school in HMH’s 10-county region (Hardin, LaRue, Meade, Breckinridge, Grayson, Nelson, Hart, Bullitt, Green and Taylor);
• Pursuing a career in a medical field;
• Enrolled at an accredited post-secondary institution; and
• Taking at least 9 college semester hours.
What information is needed?
Applicants must provide a copy of a high school/college transcript with a minimum 3.0 GPA; a written recommendation from a teacher or instructor; and a brief summary of reasons for applying for this scholarship.
