HMH’s Career Advancement Program (CAP) is a professional development program developed by the Professional Development Council (PDC).

The CAP program recognizes and rewards accomplished nurses and staff that are committed to patient care. HMH nurses and staff can further their education while working full or part-time. The program offers multiple tracts to help each nurse or staff member pursue their dream.
