Are you a High School student who has sustained a late week sports injury? Stop by the Saturday Morning Sports Injury Clinic at Baptist Health Hardin to see one of our board certified orthopedic specialists and certified athletic trainers.
“We know it’s hard for the student-athletes in our community to be sidelined with an injury,” said Carol George, Supervisor of Sports Medicine. “Our Baptist Health Hardin Sports Medicine team wants you to have a weekend option for sports injuries so that we can put together a game play to get you back on the field as quickly as possible.”
No appointment is necessary and registration runs from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. All patients must be signed in by 8:30 a.m. Clinics run from August 17 through Nov. 9.
The Saturday Morning Sports Injury Clinic is located at Diagnostic Imaging at the back of the hospital and is accessible from the blue parking lot. Although there is no co-pay and no cost for the initial exam, athletes should bring their insurance card in case of diagnostic testing.
