Multi-Disciplinary Breast Program – Survivors Clinic

After going through breast cancer diagnosis, treatment and remission, patients may wonder what’s next.

At Hardin Memorial Health, our patients are our top priority. We make sure that breast cancer survivors are equipped with the education and resources to make the transition from patient to survivor.

“Our care doesn’t end when treatment ends,” said Audrey Cleaver, nurse navigator at HMH.

HMH offers survivor support groups that encourage women to continue to share their feelings during remission with other women in similar circumstances.

For more information on our support groups and on our Multi-Disciplinary Breast Program, contact Audrey Cleaver at 270-706-6904, or HMH oncology social worker Stephanie Green at 270-706-6902.
