Pet Therapy
Pet Therapy is guided interaction between a person and a trained animal which helps patients recover from or better cope with health problems, such as pain, heart disease, cancer, dementia and mental health disorders. Pet Therapy also offers a more general purpose, such as providing comfort and enjoyment for our patients, family or staff.

- Completed extensive temperament training
- Follow approved protocol when engaging Baptist Health Hardin patients, visitors and staff
- Maintain specific cleaning and prep
- Adhere to hospital policy regarding pet therapy.
